Return policy
Whether you ordered the wrong product, or simply didn't love your purchase, we've got you covered. Returns and exchanges are gladly accepted for unused* items and within 30 days.
We strive to make returns & exchanges hassle-free. Email us to receive an authorization, mail the item(s) back to us, and then we'll process your refund or exchange within 2-4 business days of receipt.
*Items must be unused. Refunds will be made to the original form of payment, minus the shipping costs incurred. Exchanges can be made for items of equal or lesser value. You are responsible for mailing the items back to us.
Process for replacement:
If your product is within the replacement window, please send us an email to support@crossbeats.com requesting approval. The support team will respond to the request within 48 hrs with details of where to ship the return.
Refund Policy
We love that you are rocking Crossbeats! We take pride in our products and fully stand behind them.
You may exchange or return merchandise purchased on us.crossbeats.com for a full refund, less original shipping charges, based on original form of payment, within 30 days of the purchase date. You are responsible for the shipping charges incurred both on your original order as well as the charges to get the product back to us. If your item has been opened or used, restrictions may apply.
If you believe you have received a defective product upon arrival, please contact us immediately at support@crossbeats.com.
FULL REFUND of a product is allowed only under the following circumstances:
- If the product delivery takes more time than promised (reasons like natural calamities, delay due to the logistics partners, unavailability of the customer, etc are covered under exceptions and a refund will not be entertained under such circumstances), then the customer can cancel the order and the full amount will be refunded back to the customer within 14 working days. We do not take any responsibility for a delay in the refund because of the delays made by the bank, calamities or holidays.
- If the product comes back to the warehouse undeliverable due to customer not available to receive the product or if the address given on the order is incorrect or if after several attempts by the courier company the customer still has not taken delivery of the product, the refund will be processed after deducting shipping and handling charges.
- A customer can also ask for a refund if the product received is different from the order placed. You must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 24 hours of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
- Under no circumstances, refund will be processed if the product is found to be damaged by the consumer.

Order Addresses
Crossbeats is not responsible for the accuracy of the address(es) you enter on your order. We urge you to review this information carefully before submitting your order. Addresses cannot be changed after the package has shipped out. Any order that is not deliverable as addressed will be subject to additional shipping charges for the return and re-shipment of the package to a corrected address. Invalid, incorrect, and/or incomplete addresses are likely to cause delays or the inability to deliver your package.
Billing information that does not match your credit card could delay or possibly be cause for cancellation of your order. Crossbeats reserves the right to review, verify, and potentially cancel orders that have differing bill-to and ship-to addresses.
Order Status/Viewing Orders
During the checkout process, you will be prompted to register or checkout as a guest. We encourage you to register, as it can save you time placing future orders & allows you to log in to view your order status and your past order history. You can also register at any time by clicking on the My Account link at the top of every page. Follow the prompts to sign up for a new account. There is no obligation to register on our web site. Customers who choose to checkout as a guest will still receive email confirmations after the order is placed and when it has shipped out.
Pricing & Promotions
Prices displayed on this website are quoted in U.S. dollars (USD). While we try to ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of the item you have ordered, we will give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price, or cancelling it for a full refund of the amount paid. The chances of this occurring are slim, but mistakes do happen.
Crossbeats reserves the right to update/change the pricing of any item, at any time, without explicit notice.
From time to time, we offer promotional discounts through our email newsletter, on social media, and on the watch forums and web sites that we support. The details, discounts, and terms of each promotional discount may vary and will be explained on a case by case basis. Orders placed before or after a specific promotion are not eligible to receive a pricing adjustment.
Sales Tax
Crossbeats collects state and local sales tax as required. Our web site will calculate applicable taxes based on your shipping postal code.
