Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Determine annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; analyzing trends and results

  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team

  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company's customer base and ensure its strong presence

  • Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit

Job Description:

We are looking for a Motion Graphics Designer/Video Editor responsible for creating and editing digital video contents for use across our eCommerce and social media platforms.


Job Functions:

  • Create attractive and engaging video content optimized for multichannel viewing.

  • Create high resolution video assets for the corporate website and eCommerce store.

  • Create video assets used for the company's social media accounts across platforms.

  • Edit organizational video assets. Enhance raw footage and create derivative videos, as assigned.

  • Use animations, visual and sound effects as required.

  • Edit videos with voice-over, music, captions, assorted brand imagery, as assigned.

  • Collaborate with different teams like creative, branding and marketing for brainstorming and story-boarding. Handle technical aspects of video design, production and editing.

  • Perform necessary quality controls for all videos with extensive attention to detail. Ensure color correction, frame and blur correction, compression and other quality enhancements.

Required Experience and Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of professional motion graphics design experience, with a demonstrable portfolio of completed motion graphics design projects.

  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud Suite motion graphics and video editing software tools ( Premiere Pro, After Effects and Photoshop).
